    Hello all,

I am setting up Site Kit and get through all the steps… and at the very last “Next” (Setup Google Analytics”) I get “[MOSFSYNCERR001]: Invalid client credentials. Save valid credentials.”. Which is weird because it’s already connected to the account in previous steps, so the credentials are valid (I am an administrator on the analytics account).

I also “Reset Site Kit” about 6 times… same issue each time.

Completely stumped at how to proceed.

    Thanks,
    David

Hi @th3gman thanks for getting in touch. I’d be happy to help you with this. So we can ensure you are able to view the Site Kit dashboards as expected, please share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. A screenshot or recording of the experience so we can see exactly where this is happening and the exact error message you see.
    3. Can you access the Analytics property you are trying to connect from the Analytics platform?
    4. Any console errors you see when this happens.

Once we have the above we can advise on this further. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Adam,

I sent all the info a few days ago, any luck? I still get the same error message.

    Thanks,
    David

@th3gman Apologies for the delay. Thank you for sharing the requested information. I can see that you have a number of active plugins on your site. Could you please try following the troubleshooting steps here to see if you are able to complete the setup while in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active.

If you can complete the setup this way then it highlights that there was a plugin conflict that was causing this to happen. If you still can’t complete the setup then let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot this.

Troubleshooting mode did the trick. It’s all setup and working now. Thanks for all the help!
