    Hi,

    We are having issues with email not being sent due to the following error:

    Status: Invalid “Cc” e-mail address “empty”
    Solution: Not found, check status column for more info.

    Furthermore, this email error is received:

    You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain: https://*******.com.au
    The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    Invalid “Cc” e-mail address “empty”

    We are using Elementor Forms, and the CC and BCC fields are both blank.

    Can you advise how to fix this?

    If it is an Elementor issue, then maybe you can reach out to Elementor and work on the compatibility, as it would seem to be a popular combination of plugins for your users to have. They really should be working together properly.

    Elementor, Elementor Pro and Post SMTP are all fully updated.
