Invalid Captcha

My client asked me to look into why he is not receiving attached files in his form submissions. During a zoom call, we filled out the form and clicked submit and received the error found in the screenshot at this link https://snipboard.io/lFeQfy.jpg

I use the recaptcha quite often, so I am very familiar with it. For troubleshooting, I have replaced the keys, I have deleted the recaptcha form element and replaced it and updated the keys, I deleted the web address in google’s recaptcha admin and recreated it.

Not sure what is happening. Any help would be much appreciated.
