  • Hi,

You are trying to insert a template but Editor Plus will allow you to insert blocks only.

You can search for blocks from this page: https://gutenberghub.com/blocks/. You should be able to insert the blocks without any issue.

oh i see – so how do i include a template or section pattern?

    Hi,

Please try the following to add a block from gutenberghub.com:
    – Visit https://gutenberghub.com/blocks/ and search for the black you need.
    – Click the blue button “Copy Code”
    – Open your website dashboard
    – Open Settings > Editor Plus
    – Open the “Blocks” tab
    – Click the “Add Block” button.
    – Click CTR+v to paste the block code into the text area.
    – Click the “Add Block” button.

After that, you will be able to insert the block in the Gutenberg editor.

    Hi,

The importing blocks/templates functionality has been removed from the latest version of Editor Plus.

Alternatively, we provided a template library and inserter that contains many patterns and templates that you can insert into your posts/pages.

You can find the “Templates” button on top of the Gutenberg editor screen. Once you click this button, the template library modal will trigger and you will be able to insert the patterns and templates directly into your post/page.
