What version of the plugin are you running? This was an issue that I had previously sorted.

Is this a custom field you created or one of the default fields?

Have you made sure that you’ve set the file types supported by the field? This can be set under the “Validation -> Allowed file types” when editing a custom field.

No custom field created, all default fields only

The file name is mam2.png
still this error
“”Featured image” (filetype jpg) needs to be one of the following file types: image/png, image/gif”
