    I’ve tried: Uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin. Deactivating all plugins, Rolling back to WP 3.5.1, Switching to TwenetyTwelve theme.

    No matter what, I get this error message:

    All CSV files you create to upload must be saved as “MS CSV” or “Windows CSV”

    The errors you get are because you’re on a MAC, linux or using open office and the CSV headers are not compatible. So save the file as Microsoft CSV file when saving the list for upload.
