    Hi @audioboon,

Good day! Thanks for writing in.

I tried this on my local test environment, and I couldn’t replicate the issue.

    See: https://d.pr/v/5ifVnw

Kindly note that clicking this download button- https://a.supportally.com/i/rfkoDp will download a zip file of our Thrive Product Manager plugin. – https://a.supportally.com/i/M9sfwS

In this regard, could you please confirm that you are using a zip file of the Thrive Product Manager plugin?

If the issue persists, could you please try downloading the Thrive Product Manager plugin using a Chrome or Firefox browser?

To explain it a bit further, if you are using the Safari browser, the automatic unzipping option is enabled by default. It might be that Safari automatically unzipped the downloaded file. Therefore, it’s why it says an “invalid archive” error when you uploaded the file.

Kindly read more about this here: https://help.thrivethemes.com/en/articles/4425643-tips-for-downloading-plugins-on-mac-for-wordpress-websites

Please let me know how you get on. Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Thanks for your swift reply.

I was on Firefox, and just tried on Chrome. I am on imac with High Sierra installed. I also tried on my laptop. It is the same, it says invalid archive after veryfing it.

    Any advice will be welcome.

Oh, it was the limitation on Maximum Upload File Size. A rookie mistake, my fault, sorry.

Thanks for your help and your swift reply, I can now use the plugin ??
