Invalid API key and calendar ID

  • Hi,

    Simple Calendar plugin has been working fine for a few months now but has suddenly been getting an error stating the google details are incorrect:

    While trying to retrieve events, Google returned an error:

    Could not resolve host: https://www.googleapis.com

    Please ensure that both your Google Calendar ID and API Key are valid and that the Google Calendar you want to display is public.

    Have double checked both and even created a new API key and still not working, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Were you able to resolve this? Similar issue if I try restrict access via the API settings.
