  • @rnicacio Thanks for getting in touch. It looks like your site’s theme or another plugin may be stripping some code from your story, resulting in this error. Did you happen to install/activate a new plugin around the time that this error began to occur?

    Can you please share your Site Health information privately via this form?

    @shetheliving thank’s for reply

    No plugins have been installed or uninstalled in the last 3 months, and the error started 4 days ago or so. I answered the form with the requested Site Health information.

    @rnicacio Thank you!

    I see that your site is using several optimization plugins:

    • Jannah Speed Optimization
    • Jetpack Boost
    • Servebolt Optimizer

    These plugins can sometimes combine files required for the Web Stories plugin so that the plugin no longer work properly.

    Can you please try temporarily deactivating these plugins and then re-test your story to see if the error no longer appears?

    Hello, thanks for the reply

    The problem was really in the Jannah Speed Optimization. I turned it off and the AMP became valid again.

    Thanks for the quick support.

    @rnicacio Good catch! Glad to hear that fixed the issue. I’ll mark this topic as resolved but if you have any other questions or problems, feel free to create a new topic.
