    Hello,

    I installed the plugin and after making the settings and entering my data info, showed this error: “Failure: Invalid Access License number (250003)”.
    Check as many times and my License number is correct.

    What does it mean and how can I fix it?

    Hello @nikolov987,

    Are you sure you didn’t mistake the Access Number with Access Key? The Access Key has more characters.

    Also, please let me know did you request for an access key to production in UPS here: https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_EN? Because if you have only test access, it will not work in our plugin.

    Hello,

    For several days, we have been corresponding with UPS and have checked all keys and access numbers. All are correct.

    Can you check if the problem is a plugin and also does your plugin allow a region for Bulgaria?

    The custom region of the region was not turned on. We tried and switched it on by choosing Bulgaria-Sofia-city, but again there was no result.

    Do I need to buy the paid version of the plugin to work?

    And I can’t see where I can register with the site https://flexibleshipping.com/support/.

    I can’t send a ticket unless i’m registered.

    I had the same issue in Estonia, tested all possible ways but still get the same
    error 250003. UPS is not officially supporting the plugin and there is no support from plugin creator either as I see, or am I wrong ?

    checked into flexibleshipping.com as I see from here, there is possible to open ticket only for PRO version. Hence we conclude the free ver might be just marketing. I anyone using pro or fee version here ?

    Why are you answering here to those message ? I do not suggest your company to anyone because support is not professional and does not involve engineering at all.

    Looked int the code, do not suggest the work to be used.

    I have implemented another solution with slight coding and things work as
    intended.

    Hi @kadarpik,

    I am having the same issue but using UPS Drop Shipping plugin, but the API setup is the same as the previous plugin I was using WooCommerce UPS, I got the 250003 error code on both. What did you do to fix it using code?
