    I’m currently testing the quote feature and sent a dummy quote to one of my email addresses, when I try to view the invoice to accept / decline I get the error:

    Access Denied

    This invoice is only viewable by clicking on the invoice link that was sent to you via email.

    Obviously using the link supplied in the email to view it

    Does the user need to be logged in to view the quote / accept it?

    Hello,

    yes have you tried that? Being logged in?

    When you create the quote, just like an invoice it should create a user for the recipient if they don’t already have one.

    Sorry you must have replied before i sent this, thank you for the response.

    The user journey isn’t the smoothest on that front i’m finding, its obviously a default wordpress thing creating account then heading to forgotten password to reset.
