Introtext shortcode error

The sShortcode is placed more than one time in the same page. In order to fix you need to buy library viewer Pro and use the parameter url_suffix

I just placed shortcode once, as you can see on screenshot (https://prnt.sc/wxWJB1Q69_rZ) and I have purchased the pro version (https://prnt.sc/nl7hb6fP8c5R), any other idea?

If yyou need to Place different shortcodes in the same page, you need to use url_suffix in these Shortcodes. If you use the same Shortcode in the same page, you dont need to use url_suffix parameter.

I havent here news from you, so I close this support ticket
