Introduction Video – not understandable

  • Your introduction video is horrible. I am sure it has good information, but the music drowns out the voiceover, and one cannot understand what is being said. May I suggest it be edited? I am reviewing various newsletter plugins, and honestly, that poor production makes one wonder the care that is put into coding.

    You know what they say, “You only have one chance to make a good first impression”.

    Just trying to be helpful.
