Introduction, Labels, Fields AND submit button in one row

Hello there, first a big thank you for this amazing addon with a rich amount of options.
Sadly I could not find the answer for this “problem”
I made a sticky top utility bar with widget area’s on my site.
Now for this I want everything on one line.
Currently it looks like this:

and I want it to look like this:
