Intrace Theme of Gutenverse Plugin shows 404 page when trying to edit the page

If I uninstall the Gutenverse plugin it is working fine but as soon as I install the plugin again, it breaks

Can someone please check and let me know what is the best possible solution, also if the issue is at the plugin level then when can we expect the next update for the same.

Theme – Intrace

Issue –
– I have created few page with the different templates provided in the theme but from yesterday I am not able to open and edit any of my Theme template nor the normal site editor option which is provided in the backend. It is throwing me my 404 page.
– As a part of normal solution I have replaced my .htaccess file and also tried to change the permalinks settings but still it is not working
– This started happening from yesterday and I have not made any changes in the theme or plugin code, it was just normal text edit.
– Please check the below URLS which i am unable to edit

I am also not able to view the theme live demo in the Intrace Dashboard from the backend

If i deactivate the plugin the site.editor.php works properly with the basic Twenty twenty theme.

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Is it a plugin issue or is it faced only by me, please reply asap since I want to find the solution today to make the site live

None of the edit page or theme editor options are working, it is showing me 404

@putra1arya How many custom new templates can I create in the free Intrace theme?

@putra1arya I have found the issue, currently if i delete my custom created template from the theme dashboard then the page edit option is working properly. Is there any restriction on the number of custom templates created in the free theme ?

Please let me know so that I can work on it

There is no restriction on the number of custom templates created in the free theme.
Can you give us your Gutenverse System Status?
We need this to replicate your issue.

Try upgrade your PHP Time Limit.
The recommended value is more than 3000.
But you only have 30. And upgrade other settings as well within the recommended setting.

I have updated all the settings but still unable to see the edit page for the post, still getting 404 error.

Can you please help, this is now a major issue for me as I have to update the production website asap

We are currently unable to replicate the issue on our end. To further investigate, could you please provide the following information:

• Have you recently migrated your site to a new host?
• Does the issue persist if you try accessing the site from a different browser or device? (This will help determine if it might be a browser cache problem.)
• If you deactivate all plugins except for Gutenverse, does the issue still occur?
• Has the Gutenverse plugin or theme been recently updated? If so, did it work fine before the update? If applicable, try reverting to the previous version to see if that resolves the issue.
• Have there been any significant changes to your site recently, apart from modifications to the .htaccess file?
• How many custom templates did you create?
