Internet Explorer Problems

  • I had a problem with viewing my sites in Internet Explorer (fine in Firefox). I’m using MimboPro theme. All of the widgets (normal widgets like meta, categories, recent posts, tags, etc.), posts, and pages were showing center aligned in IE7. I tried adding text-align:left in numerous places in the MimboPro css file, but nothing worked. Don’t know why I thought of it, but I checked the two text widgets I had on the sites, both of which I had text-align:center code in. Changed the first one to left, didn’t work. Changed the second one to left … everything on site back to left aligned. Weird … thought I’d share with the forum since I spent hours looking here for a resolution and found nothing.

    It seems that it is due to the copy paste of contents from word to the post/page which has also added word document code which will lead to generate this problem..you need to remove that code from the related post and have a check with IE..check this case study for word document code…
