Internet Explorer Problem

  • Hello everyone. I am a new web designer. I do not have much knowledge about the field of web development.

    I designed a template of my first website some days ago. My website is looking ok in Chrome, Firefox, Sarafi and Opera Browser. But it has some problem in IE 9 or older version.
    The problems are:

    border-radius: not working
    border-shadow: not working
    opacity: not working

    and some other problems.
