Internet Explorer not showing header and slider not working

hello.
I am using WP-Creativix theme. This is my site https://www.dogforlife.ro and I have trouble in Internet Explorer 8….the header not showing at all and the slider is not working, instead is displaying all the articles that should be sliding. Aslo the searh bar is moved. These are the issues as far as I have noticed so far. The site is displaying ok in Firefox and Chrome
