Hi. A user has reported that PDB search does not work on IE. I have tested and confirmed. I know that IE is being retired and is no longer supported. Is there any advice for the small minority still using IE (other than change to another browser)?
    Thanks

Well, as you probably know if you have done any general searches on this topic, there is no avoiding users needing to switch to a modern browser at this point.

I would suggest a gentle reminder on your website, and maybe include some inducements like explaining that Internet Explorer is insecure and exposes your computer and home network to security risks. These days, that should be a major concern.

If you’re up for doing some work accommodating these users, you can often fix layout issues with conditional CSS. There are also possible fixes for functionality that involve the use of javascript. It really depends on the specific things that are not working, each one will need to be addressed separately. I can’t get into the details, but there is a lot of code out there for this purpose. This is certainly expert-level stuff.

Hi. Yes, that was my reaction. Thanks for the advice. Best wishes.
