Internet Explorer 11 not working

    Due to Promise usage in your new JavaScript code, the plugin does not work on Internet Explorer 11. Actually, it breaks all Javascript execution for the entire website, as IE 11 is not able to execute any JS due to “Promise” not defined error.

    Hello @mrjey – sorry to hear about that.

    Please make sure the theme in use or any other plugins and our Popup Maker plugin are both updated to its latest version. After that, check again if it is now working correctly on Internet Explorer 11.

    We have encountered users having the same issue and when they updated their tools to the latest version, that seems to fix this type of problem. ?
