international shows

  • Not sure where you are based, but “international” is a relative term depending on your location… or in terms of gigpress, your hosting server’s location.
    If anything, shows in Australia SHOULD disappear much sooner, since Australia is way ahead of the rest of the world, time zone AET / AEST.
    We are based in the UK (Europe), and “international” shows outside of our time zone (i.e. in the USA), are staying up longer, taking place quite a few hours later than the local time here.

    Apologies for the much delayed response!

    Right now, the only obvious and easy way of doing this would be to set the time of the gig in line with the site’s timezone, as defined in the WordPress settings. You could then highlight the ‘actual’ or local time of the gig in its title, or something along those lines.

    I definitely appreciate that isn’t ideal but as ever we’re open to feature requests for improvement ??
