International shipping problems

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the plugin for international shipments to the following countries: US, UK, LU.

    The problem is as described by Michael in a previous topic

    I can confirm that the configuration for international delivery is now OK in SHM but the problem persists only with specific countries.

    @antidot, could you please continue your investigation. Note that for Germany it’s working fine but for Verenigde Staten van Amerika the order is well created in SHM but on front-end, the page is stucked on the loading icon.

    Furthermore, when I’m stuck at the loading screen for those countries and I press the “back” button on my browser I return to the checkout screen but a new problem arises. The problem is that I no longer receive correct shipping costs at checkout. Moreover, I get to chose Bpost shipping for countries which are not configured in the SHM. If I select Bpost shipping I get the 1320 error which of course is normal. But the option to select bpost shipping shouldn’t be visible on the checkout if shipping for those countries is not configured in SHM. In order to resolve the situation and fix my checkout I have to logout and login again.

    If I summarize, you face 3 problems :
    – you face a neverending loading screen at the end of the bpost shipping method selection in the SHM
    – shipping costs at checkout are not the right ones according to your SHM configuration and/or your free shipping configuration
    – you can select a country not supported by bpost and enter the SHM

    Is that right ?

    – you face a neverending loading screen at the end of the bpost shipping method selection in the SHM

    Only for certain countries.

    – shipping costs at checkout are not the right ones according to your SHM configuration and/or your free shipping configuration
    – you can select a country not supported by bpost and enter the SHM

    This only happens if I go back using the browsers “back” button after I get the neverending loading screen. My shipping quotes are wrong and I get the option to select bpost shipping for countries which are not configured in SHM
