International Shipping Issue

    Hello .

    How can I fix the International shipping from US to be accurate .

    For example , shipping to canada and europe is expensive, like $19.99 – but the flat rate of $9.99 is way too low .

  • Hello @coatedpill,

    Are you using any shipping plugins like UPS, USPS, or FedEx? Those plugins might be helpful for getting international rates spot on.

    If you’re not using an additional shipping plugin: If you’re using the $9.99 flat rate for domestic shipping you can add another shipping zone to cover those domestic rates and then update the flat rate of the international shipping zone to be something more appropriate.
