International Rates?

    Hello – can this plugin handle international shipping? My client installed the plugin for their ecommerce store, but then a customer in Canada tried to order. The shipping rate quoted for the customer was $7 First Class International (seems like it looked up an international rate, but the round number gives me pause). I can’t find mention of International rates anywhere in the documentation. Just need to know if there’s an issue on our end, or if the plugin actually just can’t get live rates for international – if so we’ll have to use another shipping calculator.

    Hello, the plugin shows only domestic options.

    Thanks for the info.

    Is there a way to turn it off for international zones? I’d still like to offer a flat rate for international shipping, but it’s confusing when the plugin is showing a much cheaper rate, as in the example above.

    The plugin shows no delivery options for international shipping.

    You can temporarily disable your shipping methods one at a time to find where the option you see comes from.
