Internal Service Error

  • Hi there.

    I am receiving an Internal Service error continuously on my site. Everything seems to be working with my server and database.

    I renamed the plugins folder to plugins-old – no luck there.

    Did a fresh install of the newest version of WordPress via FTP and tried to upgrade – same error.

    I can’t log into the backend of my WordPress site either since I get that error as well.

    Any help would be great!

    Service error message:
    problem getting configuration information; Try again later.
    It never works even though i try again later. This is when I try & run my short video on:

    I have two short video loaded that worked 100% fine a few weeks ago, but now never seem to work??
    Can anyone please assist me, as the website is a problem with this error present all the time.
