    Hello, I love your plugin. Unfortunately I have noticed when it is activated I get internal server errors, both within the chat and sometimes it takes my whole site down. For the last couple of days I have deactivated the chat plugin to ensure that was the cause, and the site’s been fine. I have it set to Lightweight in Advanced Settings. Is there anything else I need to do to stop this problem? My site is freebirthdatelottery.com. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thank you. First you would have to enable debug mode in WordPress and then after this error is printed type [debug] and hit Enter. A box will be displayed. Paste here all errors reported there. I will try to find what is wrong.

    Hi,

    Is this error with enabled debug mode in WordPress? The message error is insufficient to determine what is wrong unfortunately. If you enabled debug mode then you would have to change the code in order to see more detailed error.
