Internal Server Error when try to setup plugin

I am trying to install the plugin, was able to install it, activate, but at “finish setup” stage I am getting internal Server Error.
It appears after I clicked “finish setup”, was forwarded to create account screen, typed username/email and password.The screenshot is https://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/829/3860778101.png
