Internal Server Error when Exporting

I last used this plugin a few weeks ago and it worked fine. The other day, I changed the date range to get the rest of May and when I click the Export button, I get an Internal Server error.

When I contacted my hosting folks, they tracked it to an error with WooCommerce:
