@toth Balint BT – If it was a permissions issue just ensure that the “gallery” and its sub-folders are writable, typically the equivalent of 0755 or if necessary 0775.

Otherwise it could be a plugin conflict that may need to be resolved.

Hello! Sorry for my late reply.

I have tried with both file permissions, but I have got the same result… I will try to turn off my plugins one-by-one, but I would like to share my list of plugins in case there is some which has known incompatibility issues with your plugin:

    BackWP Up
    Better WP Security
    Contact Form 7
    Duplicator
    FancyBox for WordPress
    Google Analyticator
    Jetpack
    Widget for Contact Form 7
    Wordfence Security

    Thank you very much!

    Greetings,

    Hello!

I have tested with all the plugins turned off, but the issue remains…

Do you have any more ideas?

    Thank you!
