• Hi – this plugin looks great, but I created a bundle of products, added it to my cart, then at checkout I used a coupon that discounted 100% (I have scenarios where this is important for my customers)

WooCommerce then shows “Internal Server Error” at the top of the checkout page. The cart becomes empty. Sometimes the order does process and I can see the bundle in My Orders. Other times it does not process.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on hos this might be fixed. I’m happy to give you access to my staging site to see the error.

    Hi @thesmeghead,

You can kindly refer to this online documentation of our plugin https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/ under FAQs section to find the part about coupons with bundles. Please check the kind of coupons you have created and see if they’re applicable to your bundles or not. Bundles with automatically calculated prices and manual prices apply coupons in different ways.

Also, the Internal Server Error, as its name implied, refers to an unknown error from the server side of your hosting. Please check with your host provider to be sure. When this error occurs, it makes your server just unable to process the data or work properly. It is not something from our plugin, our developers have confirmed that.

    Best regards.
