Internal server error. Stage: heuristic_analysis

    Hi, I’m attempting to run an initial scan on an newly installed instance of CleanTalk.

    All seems to progress ok until it gets to this line:

    Oct 9 2023 14:38:22 –?Heuristic analysis?Total files for analysis 5169; Files to check 5150; Scanned files 4566; Statuses unknown: 0; ok: 4205; aproved: 0; approved_by_ct: 0; modified: 926; infected: 19; quarantined: 0.

    And I get a pop-up with:

    Internal server error.
    Stage: heuristic_analysis

    How can I get past the error?

    Hello,
    Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Enter your access key in the plugin’s settings.
