internal server error – PHPSUEXEC

    since yesterday i get an internal server error. I didn’t change any files. It was working fine before…
    My provider has said that they are moving to PHPSUEXEC. What is PHPSUEXEC?
    can I use WordPress with PHPSUEXEC?
    what do i need to change?
    any help is much appreciated,

    i read

    but i’m still unsure what i need to change.
    has the file name changed from b2upload.php to upload.php?
    do i need to modify the chmod no.?
    what else could be causing the internal server error?
