Internal Server Error on everything

    I have been getting the internal server error for a while now, I contacted support who told me that is was a company problem but it has gotten worse not better. I recently read that its a plugin problem that I need to deactivate them to find out which one is clashing with the other plugins. I tried deactivating the only plugin I have downloaded which is edwid shopping cart and the internal error came up again. I then found that I couldn’t click on tabs I used to be able too without the error. Now I can even log in to my website at all. I really need help with this. I am trying to generate business but my only way to sell is through my website that I can’t access…

  • Hi I’m not an expert but I also had the same error message which said something like Internal Server Error 500. If that’s the same as yours then it was a problem with the host server and they needed to sort it out. If they won’t then perhaps you need a better hosting company.

    Unfortunately, it may come down to that. Which host do you use now?

    Hi we use Vidahost (we are in the UK) and they offer free migration service so they would move your site for you. You need a hosting company based in your country I think so its easier to get in touch. Just my opinion! I’m sure plenty of reputable hosts offer a free migration service.
