Internal Server Error on Checkout for ine client, but order email is sent

Hi,
last days we got many orders from one client, because he got an “Internal Server Error” message on checkout, but the order email has been sent. Because the products wer still in the cart, the client thought that the order wasn’t finished correct and tried it again.
The client has orderd via the internal payment method “Cash on Delivery”, but our shop shows all available payment methods within a PayPal-iFrame (PayPal Plus Plugin).
It was a very hugh order with many products (nearly 80 table rows).
I re-ordered the same for testing purpose, but didn’t get the message.Is it possible that the internet connection from the client can also be a factor for this behaviour? Because until today this client is the only one who has reported this error. Whatelse can be the reason?
Can I check the WooCommerce logs for that? The WordPress log was and is disabled.
