    Since we updated to 7.1.0, our customers get an internal server error on checkout.
    No Mails are sent to the customer nor us, but the transaction shows up in woo anyway. This leads to customers ordering same thing over and over again.

    it seems to hapen only when direct bank transfer (BACS) is selected as payment method.

    Any suggestion is welcome.

    I understand that you are receiving the internal server error on checkout.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it viaWooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Also, a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
