    hi @granitm,

Thanks for reaching out, and sharing details of the troubleshooting you’ve performed. So we can determine more on this please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. Please include your current hosting provider where requested within the form.
    2. Are you able to successfully the Analytics or AdSense modules within Site Kit on this site previously, or on any other site on the same hosting platform?
    3. When you tried to connect Analytics or AdSense via troubleshooting mode, did you do so from a Chrome browser incognito window?

Once we have the above information we can investigate this further. I suspect there may be something at host level impacting connecting your Analytics or AdSense module, possible, similar to this GitHub issue.

Hi, Thanks for the fast reply.

Yes i have tried from incognito (same error), NO, Site Kit was also not working before, its not a new problem i never could connect annalytics via site kit.

Unfortunately i don't have other sites in same host to check them but i contacted hosting support they have checked and everything is okay, no errors in Rest API or something.

i have send you Site health info via private form.

Many thanks for sharing these additional insights. From checking the details provided I do see some plugins you have active which could, with particular configuration, potentially impact Analytics set up within Site Kit. I noticed also your site is served from Cloudflare servers, which could also have configurations that impact setup.

As you’ve already performed a check using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, what we can do next is rule out any local issues being at fault. In order to do so please inform me if you’re able to complete Site Kit and Analytics setup with a disposble site, using this link.

If you are able to complete set up I’ll then suggest some troubleshooting steps at host and Cloudflare level, which may include pausing Cloudflare temporarily.

i’ve tried disposable site everything works well.

i’ve tried pausing cloudflare on my site and re-installing site kit, still not working.

Thanks for checking. In that case can you share your current hosting provider, and any errors or warnings when checking your Site Health status, which differs from your Site Health information?

If you can reach out to your hosting provider they may also be able to create a test WordPress site for you, to check for the same experience with. This could be any site based of a subdomain or sub directory. I ask as I suspect there may be something at host level blocking set up.
