Internal Server Error in cart when trying to make a purchase

    Hi,

    We’re getting an Internal Server Error in cart after trying to make a purchase. Using stripe and a woocommerce subscription plugin. All plugins and theme are up to date, ssl works on all cart pages and throughout site. Switched to wp theme to see if that would solve the issue, but it doesn’t, still getting the error. This started when we updated WooCommerce plugin to 3.0.0 in April. It has stopped the subscriptions from working and we can no longer accept payments. Please note, the site was working fine with no issues for 8 months until that update. Don’t know what else to do, please help.

  • Turn on debug mode in WordPress and get the debug.log for the event.
    Also you need to contact your hosting support and request the server error logs for the event (or get them yourself, if you have the access).

    Have you tried disabling Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin and switching to default template?

    Just did, and it works now. So I think I’ll have to go to Woo Subscriptions now for assistance.
