  • If Godaddy offers access to the logs, look there. If not see what Godaddy support has to offer.

I am on economy hosting. So do not have access to those logs. All that they offer is a complete re-install of WP. What files do I need to add back to the new install so that I get back the exact same website back? Just the database or any other files too? Is there a simpler way to transfer all your content to a new WP install?

    Thank you.

Not sure what you were doing, but WordPress Backups has the links to articles showing how to backup and restore databases and files.

Moving WordPress or using Tools->Export and Tools->Import are methods to moving info between installs.

Thanks. It seems the problem ended once GoDaddy switched me over to the new grid servers from the old legacy servers.
