    G’day Q,

Whether your have an SSL certificate or not, you should not be getting an internal server error. Please check your server logs to see what errors have been logged. e.g. look in cPanel / Plesk for error log.

    cheers,
    Ross

Hi webaware, thank you for your reponse.

I used to use it normally, not update anything. Just one day it turns errorneous.

However, although it returns INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, but the order is still recorded in Admin Dashboard & my eWay sandbox still records the income. It just that the page doesn’t take people to order confirmation page with all order details as usual.

Can you guess what might cause the problem?

    Many thanks,
    Q

    Hi,

Experiencing a similar issue and there is nothing to be found in the server error logs. Has anything changed since this post was created 5 months ago? Is WebAware team aware of any developments / changes that could help here?
    Error screenshot if it helps.

@justanotherdev you are using a different plugin; please open a topic for the Gravity Forms eWAY plugin.

Just briefly, however, that looks like maybe eWAY’s server is returning a 500 Internal Server Error, so contact eWAY to see if they’re having problems at their end.

    cheers,
    Ross
