Internal Server Error and CPU usage Full

  • Hi guys,
    Whenever I create a new post on wordpress it shows Internal server error and resource limit is reached and in cpanel it shows CPU usage is running out full. I asked to the host service and they said your index has collapse. please help me! Thanks in advance.

    Can you ask them to explain what that means?

    Do you have phpMyAdmin access? If so, please check your database tables. Maybe they mean a table is crashed.
