Hi! There are no known issues between this plugin and WC2.4.6. It could be a memory issue, a conflict with another plugin or another plugin entirely. Can you verify whether the problem persists if you deactivate the PDF Invoice plugin? If so, check your php error log (ask your webhost for it if you don’t know where that is) and let me know what you find!

if I deactivate the pdf invoice plugin I dont get an error. The answer of the webhoster: We do not have error log as we are on shared hosting.

The memory cant be the issue, I’ve checked this. memory_limit = 128MB

Even shared hosing has error logs, they just need to filter it to your path…
you can ask them for anything coming from wp-content/plugins/

Anyway, the php memory_limit on shared hosting doesn’t say much because it would be shared over several different sites. Moreover, the php memory limit can be overruled by WP_MEMORY_LIMIT. Finally, depending on the specific plugin/theme setup you have, 128M may be too little if a lot of processes are running during checkout (again, especially on shared hosting!).

Let me know if you can get any specific errors and I’ll do my best to help you fix this!
