Internal Server Error

  • Hey guys, pls anyone ever have to have this issue with Ecom wordpress Website: Internal Error Server. Few days back my website began to go very low and later in the day it went offline, we tried to chat namecheap and got it up back but it’s saying the memory was full and yesterday it went offline again so I bought vps and host it myself but since then after importing the website back I’ve not been able to access the fronted while backend is working well and my data restored but anytime I want to access the store I Get internal server error.

  • Sorry to hear that you are facing issues. Did you check error logs or contacted hosting support team? You will get more insights once you check the error logs.

    I’m using self managed VPS hosting but I’ve not checked the error log… I’ll do that
