    Hi there,
We have a site using Elementor and Sucuri, and for some reason, Sucuri blocked some actions by Elementor causing an Internal Server Error message to show.

Whenever I want to change the width of a column, and save, the error will pop out. However, if I disable Sucuri, the change can be saved with no issue. Every other action seems to work normally as far as I know.

I think I need to white list a certain file for Elementor to work with Sucuri, but I am not sure which file to add to white list.

  • Since the issue is caused when the plugin is activated and as we have no control over coding for third-party plugins, I highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this plugin so they may further troubleshoot and provide a solution.

If they need any technical details regarding Elementor, they are free to open an issue on our Github page where our developers will be happy to collaborate directly with them.

Can you also send a link to your site?
