    Hello,

When I click on connect Google Analytics (Set up Analytics), I get the Internal Server Error message saying that No path provides a correspondence between the URL and the ways of accessing the requested service

@fabiorossi Thanks for sharing. Can you share the following information:
    1. Is it the “Connect service” button you click on that directs you to the server error page? If not please confirm what button you click on.
    2. Can you provide a screenshot of the error message you encounter?
    3. Have you been able to setup the Analytics module previously, on this or any other sites?

    Hi @jamesosborne,

    1. I click on that button you pointed out in the link “connect service”.
    2. Please find the screenshot at this link.
    3. It’s the first time using Google Site Kit. I used other integrations previously for setting up GA on this website.

@fabiorossi Thanks for providing the additional information. In order to troubleshoot this issue further can you follow the steps below and inform me if you’re able to proceed with Analytics setup?
    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”. (This will temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to a default theme – for you only, as a logged in user).
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. Attempt to setup Analytics once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    Hi @jamesosborne, unfortunately this solution didn’t work…

@fabiorossi Sorry to hear there. There are multiple plugins active, any of which may be impacting Analytics setup. If you’re able to check your PHP logs from your hosting panel you may be able to determine the cause, feel free to share any errors found here.

You can also enable debugging in WordPress. There are some plugins listed at the same resource which make it easier to check for any errors.

@fabiorossi As we didn’t hear back from you, this support topic will be marked as resolved. Please open a new topic if the issue persists and we will be happy to assist. Thank you.
