Internal server error

  • Whenever I go to checkout page and test it using a sandbox paypal account it results to internal server upon checkout. What is wrong with it? Can someone help me?

    Yes, it is only occurring when I purchase event products.

    I’ve tested it like so many times and it still creating the same error.

    Hi, I’m facing almost the same problem: I receive the error when choosing paypal to buy an event ticket, other payments, like bill, german Nachname, etc. work fine. However, the error log is about an ticket pdf, here is the error-log:
