    Hi,

After the update, our website suddenly goes to internal server error, only for the admin section. We can no longer access anything beyond /wp-admin/
I’m not sure why this occurred but had to I disable the plugin via cPanel because the site admin is no longer accessible. After renaming the plugin, the /wp-admin/ is working again. Please do check this one.

    Thank you.

  • This just happened to me too. That’s why I came here, to check if it was Strong Testimonials or the other plugin I updated at the same time.

I don’t know how to do what you’re saying you did, though. My site admin is still down. Can’t get in…

    Hi Steph,

The solution I did for now is go to file manager/FTP under plugins and I renamed the strong testimonial folder to disable it. I got my admin site working but the testimonials are disabled for now.

Hope this can help you while waiting for them to fix it.

    My sincere apologies.

Simply delete the strong-testimonials folder via file manager or FTP then install version 2.27.2 via the normal route. You won’t lose any settings or testimonials.
