Internal Server Error 500-Am unable to view any page and do not have admin acces

    Hi Friends,

    Am a newbie and my website https://www.amazintruelifestories.com is having a problem for the last couple of days..No page is visible and even my admin access is denied..Whenever I try to login,the following page appears..
    My hosting provider,Blue Host says that the problem is caused by a WP plugin cache..Pleading helplessness,they asked me to seek help from Word Press..Am going crazy..Please help..

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Thanks for the help. The solution works.

    This is what i did.

    1. Deactivated all the plugins.

    2. Set the theme to twentyEleven

    3. Renamed the wp-content folder to wp-content-old

    4. Uploaded a fresh copy of wordpress except wp-content.

    5. After uploaded set to the theme i required and activated all the plugins one by one.

    Good Gracious !!!at last my site https://www.amazingtruelifestories.com is up,back on track and running..thanks a zillion to my beloved nephew Komaragiri Jayanth for the invaluable work and for giving me relief from four sleepless nights..BTW Friends,Jayanth is a software engineer currently working in London..I gave him my login details and he helped me in solving the problem..Thanks to all for the support..

    Well, I tried the five steps aproach and it did not work. my site is still broken.
    We also went to the files in filezilla and try to run the page with another index. it did’nt work either.

    What can I do?
