Internal Server Error 500

Hi

Since 2 days I have a 500 internal server error and I can not access the site or the Admin. There are times when I can get in, but when I click on any link, it returns the error.

This is the error message:

This is all I’ve done to resolve the error:

I disabled all plugins via phpmyadmin
I deleted some large plugins via ftp
I went to Softaculous to update to the last wordpress version but that was not necessary because the program detected that I have the latest version.
I increased the php memory limit.
I downloaded the new version of wordpress to my computer
I deleted the old folders wp-admin and wp-includes via ftp
I uploaded the new wp-admin folder and wp-includes
I uploaded the new files loose the new version of wordpress

But so far nothing has solved this problem that I have. Fortunately I did backups of the site.
