Internal server error 500

I’m unable to get into my wp-admin to verify version, but it should be the latest.
My site is here: https://puppeteersofpugetsound.org
When I try to access the admin site I get:
“Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I have no idea what to do about this, other than wait and try again later.

To my knowledge nothing has changed. I last accessed https://puppeteersofpugetsound.org/wp-admin/ two days ago to add a new post and can’t think of anything that has changed.
