    Hello,
    I was testing your plugin using a rule for discounting products if there are 3 or more in a cart. At first it didn’t give an error, but it also didn’t work. Then after refreshing it gave me an internal server error (front end only). When I deactivate the plugin it goes away. When I turn it on again it comes back.

    Can you access the server logs to find out details on the error?

    Hello,
    I checked the cpanel error log and the log in ftp, and there aren’t any errors being logged from yesterday (when the problem started).

    That’s strange because all errors (including the 500) should be logged. Can you open a ticket at help.orionorigin.com so we can take a look?

    Hello,
    I submitted a ticket with the developer and he said that the problem is with the free version. He installed the pro version for me, and that fixed the internal server error, however I’m encountering compatibility problems with the currency switcher I was using.

    The field “Total cart discount” in the cart is not showing the amount.
